How we work
Work Process
The process is designed to build a clear understanding of your system before any conclusions are made.
1. Initial Engagement
An initial consultation is available to understand your operation, objectives and context, particularly for diagnostic services.
For standalone services such as drone mapping, a quote can be requested directly through the website.
2. System Context & Data Review
Key aspects such as management history, fertilisation strategy, chemical use and field performance are reviewed to establish the framework for analysis.
To support this process, relevant background information may be requested from the client. This information is expected to be provided in a clear and organised format to ensure it can be effectively integrated into the diagnostic process.
3. Field Assessment & Sampling
Field observations and sampling are carried out following defined protocols to ensure representative and reliable data.
Sampling, laboratory analysis and interpretation are included as part of the diagnostic process.
4. Analysis & Interpretation
Soil Health Assessment, Plant Sap Analysis and Multispectral mapping are integrated and interpreted together to understand both what is happening and why.
5. Diagnosis & Report
You receive a clear and structured report that integrates all findings into a coherent understanding of your system.
The report highlights:
-
the main factors limiting crop performance
-
the relationship between soil condition and plant response
-
differences between high and low performing zones
-
early signs of stress that are not yet visible in the field
It provides a practical basis for decision-making, allowing interventions to be directed at the underlying causes rather than the symptoms.
When repeated over time, this process builds a structured record that allows changes to be tracked and make more confident decisions.
Pricing
Our work is structured on a project basis.
Each project is different, and the scope of work depends on factors such as the size of the area to be assessed, the number of zones or blocks involved, and the level of detail required to build a clear and reliable diagnosis.
Projects typically range from small-scale targeted assessments to full-property diagnostics, depending on the level of detail required.
A tailored proposal is provided outlining the scope of work and the investment required.
Targeted Services
For specific situations, selected services can be provided independently, such as multispectral mapping.
However, the full value of this work lies in understanding how different elements of the system interact.
For this reason, an integrated diagnostic approach is recommended whenever possible.
Soil & Plant Health Diagnosis
Soil Health Assessment and Plant Sap Analysis (Brix & pH) are provided together as a combined diagnostic service.
These tools are designed to be used in conjunction, as their value lies in how they are interpreted in relation to one another.
This combined analysis forms the core of the diagnostic approach.
